Very pretty property, close to concert venue.Friendly, efficient staff. Great cart service but plan accordingly if they are well booked it can take some time to get car, but they kept up with it fairly well. Free shuttle service. Manager Cathy was great in assisting us when we couldn’t reach room service and ensuring our accommodations. Nice room with lots of space.

Very spacious and clean room. All staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Lobby and hotel Lou he were comfortable and lovely.

Everything was perfect for the occasion, my husband's birthday. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was very peaceful and intimate. Not alot of traffic, noise,or loud kids running around. The restuarant inside was delicious and I love the fact that we didn't have to live the building to find good food. The room service was incredible. We went to the restaurant the 1st night and ordered dinner from room service the 2nd night. The food was delicious. The room was a nice size and my husband had a great time. I'm differently coming back again.

The suite was very nice. The staff was very responsive. Room service was did not take long even for the delicious freshly baked cookies. I especially appreciated the separation of the bedroom from the sitting room. It allowed me to take a meeting without disturbing my spouse. I also liked the bathroom, especially the deep soaking tub.

Felt safe. Could see our car in the parking garage from our room. Centrally located. Staff was so kind, allowed us to check in early. We were able to relax and have a little downtime before heading to our next event.

The rooms are amazing. The location is excellent for walking to almost anywhere downtown. Overall the staff was excellent except one.

The location is amazing. They had a beautiful Xmas tree and music playing, very festive. We were able to check in early. My kids love being able to see the People Mover outside the window. The living room was clutch after the kids went to bed, so we didn’t have to whisper in the dark.
